Happy Friday, Friends!

I hope that each of you are doing well!

It’s that time of the year again….can you believe that we are already in the summer months, and now planning for the HOPE event this October? It’s only 4 months away; therefore, my begging starts now! 🙂 For some, you may believe that 4 months is not a thought on your radar. However, planning and executing this event means I need every minute of this time, and donations early! This sincerely means that I need each of you!

As you all know, we’ve hosted 7 successful years of the HOPE for a Cure Breast Cancer shootouts. I am hopeful that this year isn’t different. We are looking for donors to help us with actually having the event, raffle prizes to bring in more money to assist of our charitable efforts, and/or products for the day-of & swag bag items. Absolutely nothing is too small!!!

Attached is the donation letter for those who are willing to give monetarily. If you’d prefer products, I am more than happy to coordinate picking these up, having them shipped, or whatever is best. Also, the answer to the question that I am most often asked is – yes, I will take donations today! The earlier (excluding perishable items) the better.

I want to thank you for your previous support with our HOPE events; and thank you for considering this year’s donation.

Event Details:
-Fun Mixed Doubles – October 21, 2016

-Actual event – Saturday, October 22, 2016

See you on the court,
